Their email quote "We would like all of our customers that have received mixers in bad condition to reconsider there thoughts on Preethi." which basically means there are bunch of other customers they have shipped this used mixer and now offering free mixer to get the reviews removed.I responded back to them that I dont care for their mixer and would rather leave the feedback as is. They came back again stating that they will make it "worth while" if I modify the review to say how good their customer service is 1. They care for those of us who bought only because we have left them bad reviews 2. They have quoted that Preethi as a company had shipped them these used/refurbished & uncleaned jars. Now they have resolved the packaging issues it seems. You would be better off begging someone to bring some mixer from India rather then... But I dont regret my choice. I can grind practically anything from coffee beans and ice cubes to rice and lentils. Its super efficient, easy to operate and the 3 jars are well sized. Overall a good buy.
