We were using other US brand blenders so far. As compared to the US blenders, Preethi Mixer is very much suitable for Indian cooking. We bought the product from the Amazon seller Great Elect. They shipped the product very promptly, the shipping was very quick, it came within a week or so. It had all the components as shown on the box.The mixer had good and elegant design. We tried few items in it such as dosa batter, chutney, other spices for sambar etc. All of these came out very smoothly.
